Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

At Streamora, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and creators. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Streamora and how we use it, particularly concerning our live streaming services for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

As a streaming platform, we also process the live video feeds, chat logs, and viewer analytics generated during your events.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our streaming infrastructure.
  • Process payments for credit-based usage.
  • Understand and analyze how your audience engages with your streams (e.g., real-time concurrent viewers, geographic heatmaps).
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.

3. Streaming Data and Content Privacy

We are engineered for excellence and privacy. Unlike public video platforms, we operate on private cloud infrastructure (AWS). We do not run third-party advertisements on your content.

Private & Secure Streams: If you configure your event as private (using password protection or HMAC-signed delivery), we strictly enforce these access controls. Only authorized viewers will have access to the live feed and VOD.

90-Day Retention: By default, your live streams are automatically archived and stored securely for 90 days. During this period, you may download or replay your Video On Demand (VOD). After 90 days, the video files are permanently deleted from our servers unless a custom enterprise agreement is in place.

4. Log Files and Analytics

Streamora follows a standard procedure of using log files. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information to provide you with rich audience insights.

5. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Streamora's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of any integrated third-party services (such as payment gateways) for more detailed information.

6. GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
