Welcome to Streamora! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our streaming platform and services.
By using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Streamora if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Scope of Service (SaaS Only)
Regarding the Video Stream: Currently, we operate exclusively as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We provide the streaming infrastructure, user dashboard, and video delivery software. We do not provide or set up physical cameras, internet networks, or on-site streaming hardware equipment. You are responsible for acquiring and operating the necessary hardware to capture and encode your event.
2. Internet & Network Requirements
Before you start the stream, you must ensure that you have a stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 2+ Mbps. Additionally, you must use a stable laptop or computer and ensure all required network configurations are verified from your end. Streamora will assist you strictly with software stream configuration (e.g., RTMP setup in OBS) but cannot resolve local ISP issues, low bandwidth, or local hardware performance bottlenecks.
3. Reselling Policy
The RTMP Server URL and Stream Key provided to you are for your exclusive use. They are strictly non-resellable unless you are a registered and authorized reseller within our application ecosystem.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- 48-Hour Window: Once you purchase credits, you may raise a request for a refund within 48 hours of purchase by using our Contact Us page.
- Utilized Credits: Once you have utilized the purchased credits for a stream, there is strictly no refund option available, unless you experienced a verified downtime originating from our servers.
5. Data Retention (90-Day VOD Policy)
Streamora maintains a strict 90-day data retention policy for Video On Demand (VOD). Your stream archives will be kept securely on our cloud for exactly 90 days after the event. After 90 days, the files are automatically and permanently deleted. Kindly ensure you download and keep your own backups of the files before this period expires. For any issues regarding your backups, please approach our support team promptly before the 90-day window ends.
